This policy explains how PNZ Corp processes the personal data you submit through this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. The French version prevails.

Data we collect

Only the data you enter in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the content of your message, and optionally your indicative budget and timeline. No account is created.

Purposes and legal basis

Responding to your request and preparing a proposal — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Following up on our business relationship — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to the PNZ Corp team. We rely on the following processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Web3Forms, the form service to which your browser sends the contact form and which forwards it to us by email. The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by Calendly: it loads only when you click to book, and Calendly then processes the data you enter, and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors are based in the United States. Where applicable, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. [To be completed : verify with each provider's data processing agreement]

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for a maximum of three years from our last contact with you, unless a contract is signed, in which case contract retention rules apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death. Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers that require consent. Only technical storage strictly necessary for the site to function may be used. Calendly's cookies are only set if you open the booking calendar.
