Freelancyfy
A SaaS platform that helps freelancers and small agencies bring clients, projects, conversations and documents together in a single workspace.

Turn chaos into clarity.
- Status
- In active development
- Type
- In-house SaaS product — not a client project
- Intended users
- Freelancers and small agencies
- Team
- Built by members of the PNZ Corp team
The problem
Freelancers and small agencies often juggle many separate tools to manage their clients, projects, conversations and documents. That fragmentation costs time and makes it harder to see how the business is doing.
The goal
Bring those workflows together in one coherent workspace, cutting down the back-and-forth between tools and giving a clear view of every client and project.
What is being built
- Real-time messaging: private, group and project-linked conversations
- Project management: lifecycle, tasks, milestones and members
- A dedicated client portal to follow projects and documents
- Document management with S3-compatible storage
- Time tracking per project and per task
- Subscriptions and payments with Stripe
- Referral programme
- Admin panel
The product is still being developed and tested, so the feature set may change.
Technical architecture
- TypeScript monorepo with three apps: freelancer workspace, client portal and admin
- Node.js API (Fastify) with Prisma and MySQL
- Real-time layer with WebSocket and Redis pub/sub
- Stripe payments and webhooks
- Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana and Loki
- Containerised environments with Docker
What this project demonstrates
Building a complete product — from vision to code in production — calls on the same skills as a demanding client project: understanding users, prioritising, designing a solid architecture and delivering reliably. Freelancyfy is where our team practises those skills every day.
We don't publish usage or performance figures until they are measured and verifiable.
